Did you know?
June is Men's Health Month, and that includes mental health as well!
According to mhanational.org, "Over 6 million men suffer from depression per year."
Due to the stigma surrounding men and mental health disorders, they do not seek help as often as women.

Gen Z and Mental Health
"Gen Z is in the midst of a mental health crisis." says a new study by The Walton Family Foundation/ Murmuration.
Gen Z (those born between 1997 and 2012) are about 42% to 23% more likely to admit to feelings like hopelessness and depression, compared to other generations.
People in this age range also are 18% to 5% more likely to say they've contemplated self-harm or suicide.
As this generation began to attend school, "red alert lockdown drills and school shootings were expected — and soon they would see too many members of their community lose battles to opioids and depression."
